Window around the house show the beauty of Moab; red rock, cottonwood trees & the best view of the Moab Golf Club. Our unit has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms plus a loft. There are three beds on the upper level (king, queen & queen in the loft) and the master bedroom (king size) & attached bath on the main floor with access to side patio and hot tub. The home sleeps a total of 8 in beds. Fully stocked kitchen, dining table and seating for 8. There's also an outdoor patio table (seats 8) as well as smaller table to enjoy coffee/morning sunrise for 4. Relax after a long day in the outdoor hot tub with great views of the Moab Golf Club. 2 Car Garage & Tesla EV charging (48 amps). No street parking is allowed and ATVs/SXS/trailers are allowed in the community per the HOA regulations.
