Our home is the perfect basecamp for your Moab adventures while exploring nearby Slick Rock Traill, Steel Bender and other famous desert trails. Relax and recharge in the evening in our private hot tub, outdoor patio(s) and rooftop firepit with stunning sunset views of the Moab rim and nighttime sky.
Situated within an elegant and luxurious neighborhood, right by the Moab Golf Course, our home is at the end of the street which adds to the secluded and quiet location of Coyote Run. Panoramic windows around the house show the beauty of Moab; red rocks, the snowcapped La Sal Mountains & iconic Moab Rim.
Our unit has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms plus a loft. There are two bedrooms on the upper level (king, queen & queen sofa sleeper in the loft) and the master bedroom (king size) & attached bath on the main floor with access to side patio and hot tub. One more queen sofa sleeper in the main floor living room provides additional space for larger groups. The home sleeps a total of 10 in beds.
Fully stocked kitchen, dining table and seating for 12. Relax after a long day in the outdoor hot tub with great views of sunset.

Property did look like the photos and was in a nice and very quiet neighborhood. View from rooftop was gorgeous. External lights have to be off by 10pm so it was great for star gazing. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Our bedsheets did have hairs on them when we went to bed for the evening, so it was unfortunate to have to wash sheets at the last minute when tired, but we were grateful they had laundry soap available because we had forgotten that.
Overall the house was what we expected, in a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Awesome views from the roof deck! We definitely would stay again!
Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable, la propiedad invita a permanecer en ella compartiendo con la familia disfrutando de las amenidades. Nos hubiera encantado tener oportunidad de permanecer más de una noche. Coincide con las fotos y la descripción. Es un vecindario muy tranquilo y silencioso, lo que facilita el descanso reparador, las camas son súper cómodas. En verdad que cada detalle está perfectamente pensado en el huésped. La cocina está muy bien equipada para cocinar en ella. Esperamos volver pronto.
