Our home is the perfect basecamp for your Moab adventures while exploring nearby Slick Rock Traill, Steel Bender and other famous desert trails. Relax and recharge in the evening in our private hot tub, outdoor patio(s) and rooftop firepit with stunning sunset views of the Moab rim and nighttime sky. Situated within an elegant and luxurious neighborhood, right by the Moab Golf Course, our home is at the end of the street which adds to the secluded and quiet location of Coyote Run. Panoramic windows around the house show the beauty of Moab; red rocks, the snowcapped La Sal Mountains & iconic Moab Rim. Our unit has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms plus a loft. There are two bedrooms on the upper level (king, queen & queen sofa sleeper in the loft) and the master bedroom (king size) & attached bath on the main floor with access to side patio and hot tub. One more queen sofa sleeper in the main floor living room provides additional space for larger groups. The home sleeps a total of 10 in beds. Fully stocked kitchen, dining table and seating for 12. Relax after a long day in the outdoor hot tub with great views of sunset. 2 Car Garage & Universal EV charging (50 amps). Fiber Wi-Fi internet Smart TV in Living Room 2 Car Garage Parking w/2 Additional Spaces in the driveway. No street parking is allowed and ATVs/SXS/trailers are allowed in the community per the HOA regulations. PLEASE NOTE: ATV's/UTV's, TRAILERS are not allowed in the Coyote Run community which includes residential street, driveways and garages in order to abide by community policies and noise pollution ordinances. There are a variety of off-site storage establishments to park your recreation vehicles during your stay.

Despite not having a working dining room lifht and no options to replace it dueing our stay requiring us to dine in semi darkness due to our late return homw each night, tyler was reaponsive and apologetic. It wpuld have been noce to be offered a discount for the inconvenience. I would 100% recommend this location. It was spectacular and very suitable for the the 5 of us.
